Test conditions. All components of the VAS or AS shall be tested in accordance with procedures described in paragraph 7. This requirement does not apply to: 19.1. Those components that are fitted and tested as part of the vehicle, whether or not a VAS/AS is fitted (e.g. lamps); or, 19.2. Those components that have previously been tested as part of the vehicle and documentary evidence has been provided.
