Commencement of Development 7.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within four (4) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law.
Completion of Development Upon the completion of the whole development or complete phases of the development, Council may review this Agreement, in whole or in part, and may:

Time for Commencement and Completion The term (Initial Term) of this Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and expire on ______________________, 20___. Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.
Construction Commencement The Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades for which it is responsible as soon as practicable after the following additional conditions are satisfied:

Service Commencement 3.1 The Engineer may reuse an existing socket and line routing to fulfil your order; if this occurs your appointment will be cancelled and no engineer will attend site. If you want to force an engineer to attend site, then you are required to tick the box on the order form (up to 2 hours of Time Related Charges may apply in addition to the activation fee):
