The Consulting. Unit Member shall submit a final written report regarding the unit member’s participation in PAR to the PAR Panel and to the unit member’s evaluator no later than April 15th. This report shall describe the measures of assistance provided to the unit member and describe the results of the assistance in the area or areas recommended for improvement.
