The Customer's rights. 2.1.1. Within the requirements laid down in the Rules, the Customer is entitled to suspend his (her) membership for minimum one week (seven calendar days) and maximum up to one month (thirty calendar days). The Customer is entitled to request a membership suspension up to one month within 12 months of the use of the Sport Club services. Once suspended, the membership period will not be calculated. The membership will be resumed after the expiry of the suspension period. If within 12 months (or shorter period) of use of the Sport Club services the total length of the membership suspension is one month, no more suspensions will be allowed within the same period. Upon presenting a medical certificate or a certificate of incapacity for work the Customer is entitled to request a suspension of unlimited duration.

The Applicant accepts that the Customer, without prejudice to the rights and powers granted by the law including Italian Legislative Decree 50/16 and Italian Legislative Decree 159/11, and by this Agreement, upon the occurrence of one of the cases referred to in the above articles and/or in case of violation of the above obligations, shall have full power to:
The Customer's rights. The Customer receives a free and non-exclusive right to the background material as stated in clause 8.1.1 above insofar as the Customer must be able to use the results. The Customer receives a free and non-exclusive right to use the results, including the right of use of the conceptual model, proposed solution and the minimum viable product. This includes the right to use the results in subsequent tender processes as well as the right to copy, modify and further develop the results for their use. The Customer is not entitled to the source code for the background material and/or the results unless agreed in each case.
The Customer's rights. The Customer shall acquire an unrestricted right of use to the delivered CLOUD SERVICE during the term of this Agreement and may freely use the developed solution both within the Customer's company and on the Internet for projects and tasks which involve other external users such as, for instance, co-operation partners and sub-suppliers to the extent and with the restrictions as stipulated under this Agreement.
