Membership Suspension. A member may suspend his or her membership up to 2 times per year. All suspension must be a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 28 days. A suspension can be for any reason by giving the Centre a minimum of 1 debits notice. No fee is charged for suspension. Members will be asked to fill out a Membership Amendment form to confirm dates and ensure all membership payments are up to date. The Member’s payments will be re-activated after his or her suspension period has been completed. Membership cancellation or suspension will not be authorized if membership payments are outstanding.

Direct debt payments will resume once your membership suspension period expires. If you wish to extend the duration of your membership suspension, you must provide us with notice prior to the expiration of your original suspension period. This notice must specify the new expiration date of the suspension.
Membership Suspension. Membership can be suspended for any reason for a period of up to three (3) months, via Balance Fitness website at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx, or by coming into the gym during staffed hours if Member has no Internet access. Suspending membership in this way does NOT incur a signup fee upon return to the gym. Member understands that extending suspension past three (3) months, Membership is considered Canceled, and another enrollment fee will apply upon return to the gym. Membership may be suspended the same month if suspended by the 15th of the month; otherwise, the following month’s Membership Fee will process, and membership will continue until the end of the following month. Membership will not be suspended with a payment due on account.
Membership Suspension. 1. One calendar month notice shall be given to a Club Manager in case of need of suspension arise. Depending on the date of the notice, some Direct Debit fees will not be suspended, however the matter can be discussed with Club Management.

Entire Health must be informed in writing (email is sufficient) a minimum of 7 days prior to the proposed suspension date. Back dating: You cannot back date any suspension time. Cooling Off Period: A 48 hour cooling off period applies to all membership agreements from the date of signing your agreement. It is essential that written notice of termination is given to Reception at Entire Health (a Cancellation of Membership form must be completed) before the end of the 48 hour cooling-off period in order for the cancellation to be effective. A $75 administration cost and any additional payment to recover cost for any services provided will apply. Acknowledgement of Risks, Injury & Obligations: Exercise can be physically demanding and potentially dangerous. A condition of your membership is that you acknowledge and agree that: You can use the Entire Health facilities & participate in Entire Health activities at your sole risk and responsibility. You will not use the facilities & services if you are not medically or emotionally fit to do so. Entire Health, its employees and sub-contractors are not responsible for any injury or death caused to you or loss or damage caused to your property. You will not bring any claim against Entire Health, its employees or sub-contractors in the event you sustain any personal injury or suffer any property damage or loss when attending the club. You will indemnify Entire Health for any liability, loss or damage that you or any other person suffers as a result of your misconduct, bad faith or negligence. You will comply with all rules, notices displayed around the facilities and any reasonable request from Entire Health staff.
Membership Suspension. 9.1. Only the validity of a prepaid 6 months and 12 months Membership packages can be suspended for a total of four (4) weeks and eight (8) weeks respectively during the term of respective Membership package. No suspension is available regarding monthly Membership packages. The validity of the prepaid Membership package can be suspended for no less than one (1) week and not more than two (2) weeks at a time whereas the Member has to give the Proprietor in written at least fourteen (14) days advance notice of the Member’s intention to exercise the right to suspension.
