Membership Suspension. A member may suspend his or her membership up to 2 times per year. All suspension must be a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 28 days. A suspension can be for any reason by giving the Centre a minimum of 1 debits notice. No fee is charged for suspension. Members will be asked to fill out a Membership Amendment form to confirm dates and ensure all membership payments are up to date. The Member’s payments will be re-activated after his or her suspension period has been completed. Membership cancellation or suspension will not be authorized if membership payments are outstanding.
Membership Suspension. 10.1 Provided that all fees have been paid and up-to-date, you have the right to suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 6 months in any one year. You may do this by writing to align health agency giving no less than 30 days’ notice of the date upon which you wish your membership to be suspended. The period of suspension must be for whole months only, and not for any lesser period.
10.2 The Membership Term will be extended by the period of suspension.
10.3 In all cases a monthly suspension fee (currently £20) will be payable to cover our additional administrative costs.
Membership Suspension. Membership can be suspended for any reason for a period of up to three (3) months, via Balance Fitness website at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx, or by coming into the gym during staffed hours if Member has no Internet access. Suspending membership in this way does NOT incur a signup fee upon return to the gym. Member understands that extending suspension past three (3) months, Membership is considered Canceled, and another enrollment fee will apply upon return to the gym.
Membership Suspension. If I am unable to use the Club facilities due to illness or injury, I can request my membership is suspended for a continuous period of between 1 & 3 months in accordance with section 8 of the full terms & conditions.
Membership Suspension. Direct debt payments will resume once your membership suspension period expires. If you wish to extend the duration of your membership suspension, you must provide us with notice prior to the expiration of your original suspension period. This notice must specify the new expiration date of the suspension.
Membership Suspension. One calendar month notice shall be given to a Club Manager in case of need of suspension arise. Depending on the date of the notice, some Direct Debit fees will not be suspended, however the matter can be discussed with Club Management.
Membership Suspension. FREEZE
8.1 Provided that all fees have been paid and are up-to-date, you have the right to temporarily suspend or ‘freeze’ your membership on one occasion during a calendar year. The period of suspension may be for a minimum of 2 months up to a maximum of 4 months, with the exception of pregnant members who may freeze their membership up to a maximum of 6 months. You will need to give no less than 30 days advance notice by Email. The period of suspension must be for whole payment months relating to your membership type.
8.2 Suspended months do not count towards your initial contract length. If you suspend your membership within your initial Membership Term, your Membership Term will be extended by the period of suspension, which will recommence once the suspension period has completed.
8.3 A period of freeze will not be granted in retrospect.
8.4 In all cases a reduced fee of £5 per member for each suspended month will be payable to cover our additional administrative costs. If you are a Prepaid member your suspension fee is payable up-front. If you are a Direct Debit member, your monthly direct debit will change to £5 per member for each suspended month, and will revert to the appropriate fee at the end of the period of suspension.

References to ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘yours’ are references to the individual completing the 7.1 Provided that all fees have been paid and are up-to-date you have the right to suspend your membership application form. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are references to the membership for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 6 months in any one period for a Whittlebury Park Leisure Club referred to on the application form, operated by Whittlebury medical reason supported by a doctors report. You must do this by writing to the Club giving no less Park Hotel & Spa Ltd. The ‘Agreement’ means the membership agreement entered into between than 30 days’ notice of the date upon which you wish your membership to be suspended. The period you and us, which incorporates the application form, the pre-activity readiness questionnaire of suspension may be for whole months only, and not for any lesser period.
