If the Landlord breaks or does not comply with any of his obligations in this agreement or of his statutory obligations, the Tenant may be entitled to claim damages or compensation from the Landlord, or to seek legal remedies against the Landlord. THE LANDLORD'S OBLIGATIONS. The Landlord agrees with the Tenant: That the Tenant may quietly possess and enjoy the Property during the tenancy without any interruption from the Landlord or any person claiming under or in trust for the Landlord.
