  • PLANNING ACT This Agreement shall be effective to create an interest in the property only if Seller complies with the subdivision control provisions of the Planning Act by completion and Seller covenants to proceed diligently at Seller’s expense to obtain any necessary consent by completion.

  • Planning agreement under the Act The parties agree that this Agreement is a planning agreement governed by Section 7.4 and Subdivision 2 of Division 7.1 of Part 7 of the Act.

  • Equal Benefits Ordinance Unless an exception applies, Design Professional shall comply with the Equal Benefits Ordinance (EBO) codified in the San Diego Municipal Code (§22.4304(f)).   • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
