The Project Sites. The Project Sites of the Diagnostic Centres shall comprise the built up space as per AERB guidelines in respect of which vacant and peaceful physical possession shall be provided and granted by the Authority to the Concessionaire as a licensee under and in accordance with this Agreement (the “Project Sites”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that references to the Project Sites shall be construed as references to the built up area required for setting up the Diagnostic Centres as per AERB guidelines and provided to the Concessionaire on “As Is Where Is” basis by the Authority.

The Project Sites. The sites of the Project shall comprise the real estate and in respect of which the Right of Way/ possession shall be provided and granted by the Concessioning Authority to the Concessionaire as a licensee under and in accordance with this Agreement (the "Project Sites"). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that references to the Sites shall be construed as references to the real estate required for construction and implementation of the Project as the Project Sites as set forth.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord and the use thereof shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations as Landlord may make from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Project Area The Project Area is the incorporated area of the City of San Xxxx.

  • REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS 14.1 Prior to registration of transfer, the Purchaser shall not be entitled to effect any alterations to the Property without the prior written consent of the Seller.
