The Purchaser acknowledges. 11.1.1 That he shall be liable for and pay, in addition to the bidding/purchase price, the AUCTIONEER's fee of 10% of the purchase price plus VAT, which fee shall be deemed to have been earned upon the signature of this agreement, and shall be payable on the fall of the Auctioneer’s hammer.
The Purchaser acknowledges. (i) that each Manufacturing Site has restricted capacity for producing AZLAD Products and that the orders placed by the Purchaser in each Quarter shall not exceed such capacity;
The Purchaser acknowledges. (i) that the Warranties given by AZ in this clause are the only representations or warranties given by or on behalf of AZ upon which the Purchaser may rely in entering into this Agreement;
The Purchaser acknowledges. 10.1.1 that he, as member of the La Pinta Home Owners Association (see clause 19) is bound to the Architectural- & Landscaping Guidelines applicable to the PROPERTY; and
The Purchaser acknowledges. (a) Subject to the Vendor's warranties the Purchaser has made its own investigations independent of the Vendor, its servants, agents and contractors or any information provided by those parties in relation to the suitability of the Land for the Purchaser's purposes.
The Purchaser acknowledges that this Agreement and any information or documents provided by it to the Vendor may be released pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.F.31, as amended. This acknowledgement shall not be construed as a waiver of any right to object to the release of this Agreement or of any information or documents.
