The parties also recognize that the WHMIS legislation is administered in the Yukon under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, as may be amended from time-to-time, and that any Editorial Changes PSAC/YTG 2016-2018 complaint by an employee shall be directed to the Occupational Health and Safety Board for investigation and enforcement, if necessary.
