General Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsibilities under the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction: In addition to the responsibilities herein set forth, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to be responsible for those matters identified in the General Conditions as being responsibilities of the Consulting Engineer/Architect. Consulting Engineer/Architect specifically acknowledges receipt of a copy of the General Conditions and acceptance of the responsibilities as set forth therein.
Responsibilities and Duties (a) As President and Chief Executive Officer, the Executive shall serve under the board of directors of the Corporation and will perform all duties and will have all powers associated with these positions, as set forth in any job description provided to the Executive by the Corporation or as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Corporation. Superintendent's Duties The Superintendent’s duties shall be as prescribed by statute and by Board policies, rules, regulations and directives. The Superintendent agrees to devote the Superintendent’s time, skill, labor and attention to all required duties throughout the contract term. The Superintendent shall be subject to the direction and control of the Board at all times and shall perform such administrative duties as the Board assigns. By agreement with the Board, the Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations as long as they do not interfere with carrying out the Superintendent’s duties and obligations to the District.
