The services the General Terms and Conditions cover. The General Terms and Conditions set out the general terms and conditions for our business bank accounts and related banking services for our corporate and legal entity customers and are in addition to any other conditions, which are implied in the contract between us and by law. Our accounts and services may also have additional terms and conditions (for further details see clause 3 below). If, in the future, we decide to offer other services we will make it clear if these General Terms and Conditions apply to them when the services are introduced. Our suite of accounts includes, current accounts and Fixed Term Deposit Accounts (see clause 10.). Money can be paid into a current account in cash, by cheque or by a direct transfer from another account. You are able to take money out of a current account in cash, by card, cheque, by transfer to another account, standing order or direct debit. We may approve a planned overdraft on your current account and will consider requests for an unplanned overdraft or any subsequent increase in an unplanned overdraft. We will inform you of our decision to approve a planned overdraft, an unplanned overdraft or a subsequent increase in an unplanned overdraft and it is within our sole discretion to give such an approval. We believe that our granting an unplanned overdraft facility is an important part of our service which should prevent our customers facing some unforeseen inconvenience.
