The Staffing Plan Committee. Consistent with HB 2800 and applicable 28 regulations, the Staffing Plan Committee is responsible for developing, monitoring, 29 evaluating and modifying the Staffing Plan in order to provide adequate nurse staffing 30 for the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
