The Supplementary Services Cost Sample Clauses

The Supplementary Services Cost. Component of Total Power Costs for each Month shall consist of all costs incurred by SCPPA, if any, and to the extent not included in Section 4.3.1, in connection with services for transmission, dispatching, scheduling, tagging, firming, balancing, swapping, exchanging or delivering and for otherwise facilitating the disposition, movement, taking, receiving, crediting and accounting for Facility Products provided for under this Agreement. The Supplementary Services Cost Component of the Total Power Costs shall also entail all costs incurred by SCPPA, if any, which are necessary to move or otherwise handle delivery of any portion of Facility Products from the Point of Delivery to one or more specified delivery point(s) as determined by Purchaser pursuant to Sections 9.2 and 9.5 and by other SCPPA Participating Members pursuant to the terms of their respective power sales agreement relating to the Project. Absent a request by Purchaser for SCPPA to provide Supplementary Services during a Month, no Supplementary Services cost component shall be included in Purchaser's Total Power Costs for such Month.

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.

  • Compensation to Engineer A. City agrees to pay to Engineer for all services outlined in Section III, a base design fee in an amount not to exceed $254,160.00. The following services are not included in this base fee:
