The Unit Vice. President or his/her appointee and two additional members so selected shall constitute the Grievance Committee so long as they remain Employees or until their successors are chosen. Time spent by the Unit Vice-President or his/her designate with the Employer with respect to a grievance shall be considered as time worked.
