As stated in the Proposal and consistent with the Program Director's vision, the mission of the Program is to produce scholarship, teaching, and public education on the principles and practices of constitutional government, encouraging students to confront fundamental questions concerning justice, the rule of law, and hnman flourishing from a variety of historical, cultural, disciplinary, and philosophical perspectives. The Center will bring together faculty from across the university, law students, undergraduate and graduate students, medical trainees, and others in a collective effott to help explore solutions to solve criminal justice problems in N01th Carolina, across the United States, and around the globe (the "Center's Mission").

Rooted· in the belief that a healthy democracy requires an informed and engaged citizenry committed to democratic values and practices, as stated in the Proposal, consistent with the Executive Center Director's vision, and as pertaining to the Center Programs (defined below) the mission of the Center is to create and support direct community-focused programming, engaged teaching, and applied research that promotes democratic theory and practice, enhances our understanding of America's 'civic health' and builds the capacity of citizens and communities to collaborate in solving problems across philosophical, political, and social lines (the "Center's Mission").

As stated in the Proposal and consistent with the University's vision, the mission of the Center is to educate students on a Jesuit perspective and approach to entrepreneurial education and offer opportunities to students interested in studying the broad concepts of entrepreneurial and design thinking as an integral part of their education. The Center will deliver enhanced educational opportunities in entrepreneurship and support faculty research on topics of entrepreneurship and innovation, while inc reasing opportunities for faculty and students to collaborate with entrepreneurs, creating a community of innovators and entrepreneurs (the "Center's Mission").

As stated in the Proposal and consistent with the Clinic Director's vision, the mission of the Clinic is to offer participating students a full-time, first-chair experience representing a diverse group of clients in legal disputes arising from a wide range of beliefs, practices, and circumstances (the "Clinic's Mission").
