The Xxxxxx must pay Sample Clauses

The Xxxxxx must pay a. the Storage Fee which is payable in advance. It is the Xxxxxx’x responsibility to see that payment is made directly to the FO, on time and in full, throughout the Storage Period. The FO does not invoice for monthly fees. The FO may increase the Storage Fee any time after expiry of the Storage Period. The FO will give the Xxxxxx 42 days’ written notice of any increase. If the Xxxxxx does not agree to pay the increased fee, the Xxxxxx may terminate this agreement by giving the FO written notice any time before the end of the FO’s 42 day notice period; b. the cleaning fee is payable at the FO’s discretion if the Space requires cleaning (“Cleaning Fee”); c. the late Payment Fee or fees which become payable each time to the FO is late as indicated on the front of this agreement (“Late Payment Fee”); d. any reasonable internal or external costs and disbursements incurred by the FO in collecting late or unpaid Storage Fees, maintaining the goods, selling the goods in enforcement of lien, or in enforcing this agreement in any way; e. interest on outstanding Storage Fees at the rate of 15% per annum.

The Xxxxxx must pay a. The Storage Fee or the amount notified to the Xxxxxx in writing by the Owner from time to time. The Owner will not ordinarily bill in advance for fees payable; b. the Cleaning Fee as indicated on the front of this agreement is payable at the Owner’s discretion if the Space requires cleaning; c. the Late Payment Fee as indicated on the front of this agreement which becomes payable each time each time a Storage Payment is late; d. any costs or expenses incurred by the Owner in collecting late or unpaid Storage Fees, maintaining the Goods, selling the Goods in enforcement of lien if applicable, or in enforcing this Agreement in any way, including but not limited to postal, telephone, debt collection, advertising, and/or default action (including legal costs on client/solicitor basis) costs.
The Xxxxxx must pay a. the Storage Fee or the amount notified to the Xxxxxx in writing by the Owner from time to time. The Storage Fee is payable in advance and it is your responsibility to see that payment is made directly to us, on time, in full, throughout the period of storage. We normally do not xxxx for fees; b. the Cleaning Fee is payable at the Owner’s discretion if the Space requires cleaning; c. the Late Payment Fee which becomes payable each time a Storage Payment is late as indicated on the front of this agreement; d. any associated postal or telephone costs incurred by the Owner in collecting Late Storage Fees.
The Xxxxxx must pay. (a) the Storage Fee which is payable monthly (or as otherwise agreed) in advance. It is the Xxxxxx’x responsibility to see that payment is made directly to the FO, on time and in full, throughout the Storage Period, using a payment method accepted by the FO. The FO may not always invoice for monthly fees so it is the Xxxxxx’x responsibility to ensure that it meets the payment obligation on time and in full throughout the Storage Period. (i) The FO may increase the Storage Fee any time after expiry of the Storage Period. The FO will give the Xxxxxx 28 days’ written notice of any increase. If the Xxxxxx objects to the increase, the Xxxxxx may, before the expiration of that 28 day period, terminate this agreement and move out by giving no less than 24 hours’ notice to the FO (i.e. instead of the usual notice period required under clause 25 for the Xxxxxx to terminate this agreement). (ii) Any Storage Fees paid by direct deposit/direct credit (Direct Payment) will not be credited to the Xxxxxx’x account with the FO unless the Xxxxxx identifies its Direct Payment clearly and as reasonably directed by the FO. (b) the Cleaning Fee is payable at the FO’s discretion if the Space requires cleaning; (c) the Late Payment Fee or fees which become payable each time a Storage Payment is late; (d) any other fees specified in the “Storage Costs” section of the Schedule; and (e) any reasonable internal or external costs and disbursements incurred by the FO in collecting late or unpaid Storage Fees, paying emergency or security service call-out fees where the Facility’s alarm systems are triggered by the acts or omissions of the Xxxxxx or any third party who enters the Space (or the Facility) at the request or direction of the Xxxxxx, or in enforcing this agreement in any way (including all reasonably incurred legal costs).

The Xxxxxx must pay. (a) the deposit, as notified to the Xxxxxx, in advance and prior to storing the Goods in the Container; (b) the storage fee being the amount notified to the Xxxxxx by UR from time to time. The storage fee is payable in advance and it is the Xxxxxx'x responsibility to see that payment is made directly to UR on time, and in full, throughout the period of storage; (c) a cleaning fee, as notified to the Xxxxxx if UR determines the Container requires cleaning; (d) a damage fee representing the full reimbursement of the value of any repairs, as notified to the Xxxxxx if UR determines the Container has been damaged by the Xxxxxx; (e) a late payment fee, as notified to the Xxxxxx, which becomes payable each time a payment is late; and (f) any reasonable costs incurred by UR in collecting late or unpaid storage fees, or in enforcing this Agreement in any way, including but not limited to postal, telephone, debt collection, personnel and/or the default action costs.
