Common use of Theses Clause in Contracts

Theses. From the time when a graduate thesis proposal has been finally approved by the Graduate Studies Committee, it shall be retained by the School of Graduate Studies for twelve (12) months unless, by mutual agreement between the supervisor of the thesis and the supervisee, it is decided that it may then be released and deposited in the Library. Otherwise, at the end of the twelve (12) months the completed thesis will be deposited in the Library.
