Third Level Formal Appeal. If the appeal remains unresolved after Level 2, the employee and/or the Association may appeal, in writing, to the next level manager/administrator within ten (10) workdays from receipt of the response rendered at Level 2. The next level respondent, Human Resources Director, and the affected employee(s) will meet within ten (10) workdays and try to reach resolution on the appeal. The next level respondent or the Human Resources Director shall provide a written response to the employee and the Association within ten (10) workdays of receipt of the third level appeal statement or from the conclusion of any contextual dialog, whichever is later.
