This Agreement will operate for the Term and may be terminated by the Owner at the end of the Term by giving 6 months notice in writing. Such termination will not affect statutory rights of WPD.
This Agreement will. 2.1. Encourage employees to jointly work to establish and maintain a commitment to achieve best practice in the operation of the call centres covered by the agreement;
2.2. Provide appropriate reward and recognition for employees consistent with employees performance.
2.3. Encourage employees to develop skills and competencies essential for the discharge of employees job roles.
2.4. Encourage employees to be innovative and flexible in thier approach to their job role consistent with the policies and procedures of the company applying from time to time.
2.5. Contribute to the creation of a work ethic wherein responsibility is accepted by the individual and the team.
2.6. Establish and maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

b) Provide appropriate reward and recognition for Employees consistent with their performance
c) Encourage Employees to develop skills and competencies essential for the discharge of their job role
d) Encourage Employees to be innovative and flexible in their approach to their job roles, consistent with the policies and procedures of the Employer applying from time to time
e) Contribute to the creation of a work ethic wherein responsibility is accepted by the individual and the team
f) Establish and maintain a safe and healthy workplace
This Agreement will run from April 01, 2004, for five (5) years, until March 31, 2009.
