Common use of Time and Basis of Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Time and Basis of Evaluation. The Board shall evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent at least once each year during the term of this Contract. The Board's evaluation and assessment of the Superintendent shall be reasonably related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's job description and shall be based on the District's progress towards accomplishing the District Goals.

The Board shall evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent at least once in January of each year during the term of this ContractContract (“Superintendent’s Evaluation”). The Board's Superintendent’s evaluation instrument and assessment of process shall be developed and/or revised with input from the Superintendent and shall be reasonably related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's ’s job description and description. A “mid-year” formative evaluation shall be based on the District's progress towards accomplishing the District Goalsconducted in June of each year.

The Board shall formally evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent at least once each year during the term of this ContractContract (3 checkpoints in the school year – Oct, Jan, April). The Board's ’s evaluation and assessment of the Superintendent shall be reasonably related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's ’s job description and shall be based on the District's ’s progress towards accomplishing the District Goals.

Time and Basis of Evaluation. The Board shall evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent at least once each year during year, in the term month of this ContractJanuary or at another mutually agreeable time. The Board's Superintendent shall participate in this meeting and the meeting shall include a review and appraisal of the roles of the Superintendent and the Board and their relationship, and the confidential written evaluation of the Superintendent’s performance shall be maintained in the Superintendent’s personnel file. The evaluation and assessment of the Superintendent shall be reasonably related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's ’s job description and shall be based on the District's progress towards accomplishing the District Goalsdescription.

Time and Basis of Evaluation. The Board shall evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent at least once each year during the term of this Contract. The Board's evaluation and assessment of the Superintendent shall be reasonably related to his performance of his duties and the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's job description and Section l l.201 (d) of the Texas Education Code and shall be based primarily on the District's progress towards accomplishing the District Goals.

The Board's evaluation and assessment of the Superintendent shall be reasonably related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in and the Superintendent's job description goals and shall be based on objectives approved by the District's progress towards accomplishing Board for the District Goalsyear of evaluation.

At the discretion of the Board, the Board may evaluate the performance of the Superintendent more frequently, as needed. The Board's ’s evaluation and assessment of the Superintendent shall be reasonably related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's ’s job description and shall be based on the District's ’s progress towards accomplishing the District Goals. All evaluation documents, assessment records and other documents involved in the review of performance are confidential in accordance with the law.
