Time and One-Half. All hours worked by employees in excess of eight (8) hours in any one work day or forty (40) hours in any one (1) week, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half the regular hourly rate, but not both. Should a legal holiday or equipment shortage prevent an employee from working forty (40) hours during his or her work week, the forty (40) hour minimum will be reduced accordingly for the purpose of awarding overtime payment.
