Common use of Time and One-Half Clause in Contracts

Time and One-Half. Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-day, forty- hour -a-week employee; or 2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-day, forty- hour -a-week employee; or 3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.

Time and One-Half. Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-day, forty- hour -a-week employee; or 2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-day, forty- hour -a-week employee; or 3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.

Time and One-Half. 16 Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/21 ½) times their 17 normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 18 1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-dayfive (5)-day, forty- forty (40)- 19 hour -a-week employee; or 20 2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-dayfour (4)-day, forty- forty (40)- 21 hour -a-week employee; or 22 3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.

Time and One-Half. 7 Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/21 ½) 8 times their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 9 1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-dayfive (5)-day, forty- hour 10 forty (40)-hour -a-week employee; or 11 2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-dayfour (4)-day, forty- hour 12 forty (40)-hour -a-week employee; or 13 3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.

Time and One-Half. 23 Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/21 ½) times 24 their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 1. 25 i. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-five (5) day, forty- hour -aforty 26 (40) hour-a-week employee; or 227 ii. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-four (4) day, forty- hour -aforty 28 (40) hour-a-week employee; or 329 iii. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.

Time and One-Half. Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half onehalf (1-1/211/2) times their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-day, forty- hour -a-week aweek employee; or 2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-dayfourday, forty- hour -a-week aweek employee; or 3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.

Time and One-Half. 15 Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/21 ½) times 16 their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 17 1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-five (5) day, forty- hour -a18 forty (40) hour-a-week employee; or 19 2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-four (4) day, forty- hour -a20 forty (40) hour-a-week employee; or 21 3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.

Time and One-Half. Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-day, forty- forty-hour -a-week employee; or 2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-day, forty- forty-hour -a-week employee; or 3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week. 4. Employees that are scheduled to work overtime will receive a minimum of two (2) hours overtime pay.

Time and One-Half. 25 Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/21 ½) 26 times their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 1. 27 i. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-five (5) day, forty- hour -aforty 28 (40) hour-a-week employee; or 229 ii. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-four (4) day, forty- hour -aforty 30 (40) hour-a-week employee; or 331 iii. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.

Time and One-Half. 16 Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/21 !) times their 17 normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 18 1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-dayfive (5)-day, forty- forty (40)- 19 hour -a-week employee; or 20 2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-dayfour (4)-day, forty- forty (40)- 21 hour -a-week employee; or 22 3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.

Time and One-Half. 16 Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/21 ½) 17 times their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows: 1. 18 i. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-five (5) day, forty- hour -aforty 19 (40) hour-a-week employee; or 220 ii. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-four (4) day, forty- hour -aforty 21 (40) hour-a-week employee; or 322 iii. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.
