Common use of Time bar Clause in Contracts

Time bar. 24.1 Subject to Clause 24.2 below, any claims against the Supplier under or in connection with the Contract, will be deemed to be waived and absolutely time barred upon the expiry of twelve (12) months from the date of Delivery. 24.2 Any claims against the Supplier arising out of or in connection with the warranty set out in Clause 12, will be deemed to be waived and absolutely time barred one (1) month after the expiry of the Warranty Period in accordance with Clause 12 for the Supply or the Services, or any part thereof.
