TIME ISESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Said Flat to the Allottee and the Common Areas of the Real Estate Project (described in Schedule E below) to the association of allottees, upon its formation and registration.
