Time Limits and Extensions. The number of days indicated at each level should be considered as a maximum and every effort should be made to expedite the process. The time limits in this grievance procedure may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties. Any such extension must be confirmed in writing. A “working day” shall be defined as any Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays granted by the City and County of San Francisco and SFMTA.

  • EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires December 28, 2022, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference.
