Time Limits; Date of Receipt. (a) All time limits in this Policy may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties in writing. For the purpose of determining deadlines for actions as set forth in this Policy, the parties agree that, if said deadline falls on a weekend or University recognized holiday, the deadline for said action shall be on the following business day. Mutual agreement may be evidenced by e-mail exchanges. Upon the failure of the complainant or the PBA, where appropriate, to file an appeal within the time limits provided in this Policy, the complaint shall be deemed to have been resolved at the prior step without further appeal.
