Common use of Time Limits/Days Clause in Contracts

Time Limits/Days. All time limits provided for in this grievance procedure shall consist of those days when school is in session. Between June 1 and September 1, all days shall consist of weekdays (Monday through Friday) exclusive of legal holidays as defined by Title 1 VSA § 371. Time periods specified in this Article may be extended by mutual agreement, in writing, between the grievant and the Superintendent.
