TIME OF NEGOTIATIONS. The time for negotiations shall be established by mutual agreement between the parties.
TIME OF NEGOTIATIONS. All negotiations shall be conducted after regular school hours, with the schedule thereof being mutually determined by the parties. Should the Board and the Association agree that bargaining sessions are necessary during regular school hours, release time shall be provided for the Association members of the bargaining team.

TIME OF NEGOTIATIONS. The dates and times of up to ten (10) initial sessions shall be submitted by the Chairman of the District team to the Chairman of the Union team at the time the District roster is submitted. The two chairmen shall work out any problems with the proposed schedule. More than ten (10) sessions may be held if necessary and are to be set by mutual agreement of the chairman of each bargaining team.
