Time for Negotiations. Whenever members of the bargaining unit are mutually scheduled by the parties to participate during working hours in negotiations respective to the Contract, they shall suffer no loss in pay.

Time for Negotiations. Any time spent by any member of the bargaining unit in connection with the negotiations mentioned in this Article XVII, shall be after his/her regular working hours and without additional pay or compensation, unless agreed to otherwise by the parties.

Time for Negotiations. During negotiations for a successor agreement, time spent by bargaining team members in such negotiation sessions that occur during the employees’ regularly scheduled work time shall be considered work time.
