Time of Performance and Construction Cost. 3.01 The Contractor shall complete the professional services within the times set forth below. The Contractor shall exercise a degree of care and diligence in the performance of all services under this Contractor in accordance with the professional standards prevailing among Contractors in the location in which Contractor practices or College Station, Texas, whichever is the higher standard, skilled in design for projects of similar scope, and all of the Contractor services shall be performed as expeditiously as is consistent with said standards and the orderly progress of the Work. Conceptual Design: 120 calendar days after the authorization to commence planning Preliminary Project Design: 240 calendar days after authorization to commence PPD Final Design: 300 calendar days after authorization to commence final design Note: Environmental Permitting and Monitoring is ongoing and is anticipated to last a minimum of five years.
Time of Performance and Construction Cost. 3.01 The Consultant shall complete the professional services within the times set forth in Exhibit B. Consultant expressly agrees that such times are as expeditious as is prudent considering the ordinary professional skill and care of a competent engineer or architect.
