Time Off For Education. When an approved job related course is offered during an employee’s working hours, and the employee wishes to attend the course, the Center will consider approving the employee’s request to adjust their work hours in order that they may attend. Such decision shall be based on operational needs. The term “job related” includes preparation for potential promotion as well as improvement in currently utilized skills and knowledge.
