Time Off for Teacher Bargainers and Other Union Business. Time off with pay shall be granted up to a maximum of eight (8) teachers, as determined by the Bargaining Unit, for the purposes of forming a Bargaining Team. The Union will reimburse the Board for replacement teacher costs, including salary and statutory benefits, for the time off under this paragraph.
