Time Off Work For Discipline Related Meetings. Employees, including Union representatives, required by either the Employer or the Union to attend or participate in any investigation, discussion, meeting or hearing with respect to the discipline, discharge or termination of any Employee under this Agreement, shall be granted time off work by the Employer for this purpose and this time shall be deemed to be time worked. Such time off work paid for by the Employer shall not exceed seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per day per person. Such time off work shall not be unreasonably denied by the Employer.
