Time to Grieve. An employee(s), or in the case of a Union grievance, the Union, will have a period of ten (10) working days from the date of the alleged violation of the provision of this Agreement or ten (10) working days when an employee(s), or the Union, had knowledge or reasonably should have had knowledge of the incident or occurrence giving rise to the complaint in which to submit a grievance as provided for in this Agreement; and
