Timeline and Process for Approval of Honors Work. 1. The student and instructor mutually agree to work on an independent study project. 2. A contract for work to be completed is developed between the student and the instructor and forwarded to and received by the division Xxxx for action by no later than the eighth day of the semester in which the work is to be performed. Contracts submitted and/or received by the division Xxxx after this date will not be eligible for the honors stipend. The contract must include at least the following: documentation of eligibility of student; learning objectives; work to be employed; method(s) of evaluation; instructor-student meeting schedule; number of students requested plus hours needed to complete them; signatures of student, instructor and division Xxxx. 3. Division Xxxx will approve/disapprove proposal by no later than the first day of the third week of classes. 4. Division Xxxx will be responsible for certifying the completion of honors programs to the Human Resources Department no later than June 1 to be eligible for payment.

  • Approval of Plans and Specifications The Plans and Specifications will conform to the requirements and conditions set out by applicable law or any effective restrictive covenant, and to all governmental authorities which exercise jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the construction thereon.

  • Schedule and Completion The Pre-commencement Phase Services to be performed under this Contract shall commence upon the Effective Date of the Contract and be completed within 60 days thereafter. Activities on the Site shall commence on the date specified in the Proceed Order and shall be materially complete in accordance with established Milestones, and not later than the Material Completion and Occupancy Date.

  • Milestone Schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.

  • New Project Approval Consultant and District recognize that Consultant’s Services may include working on various projects for District. Consultant shall obtain the approval of District prior to the commencement of a new project.

  • Project Approval The County may issue a Job Order Authorization for the Work, to include the firm-fixed-price of the Job Order and the project duration. Contractor agrees that all clauses of this Contract are applicable to any Job Order issued hereunder. The County reserves the right to reject a Contractor’s Quote based on unjustifiable quantities and/or methods, performance periods, inadequate documentation, or other inconsistencies or deficiencies on the Contractor’s part in the sole opinion of the County. The County reserves the right to issue a unilateral Job Order authorization for the Work if a Quote price cannot be mutually agreed upon. This is based upon unjustifiable quantities in the sole opinion of the County. The County also reserves the right to not issue a Job Order Authorization if the County’s requirement is no longer valid or the project is not funded. In these instances, the Contractor has no right of claim to recover Quote expenses. The County may pursue continuing valid requirements by other means where Contract was not reached with the Contractor.

  • State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.

  • SCHEDULE AND MILESTONES The Parties shall execute one (1) Annex concurrently with this Umbrella Agreement. The initial Annex and any subsequent Annexes will be performed on the schedule and in accordance with the milestones set forth in each respective Annex.
