Timelines and Procedure. 52.4.1 At any time after October 15, and provided that the employee was previously given a Structured Growth Plan, an employee on a continuing contract, whose work is judged not satisfactory based on the evaluation criteria shall be placed on probation for no less than sixty (52) workdays and notified in writing.
