Timing and Data Feed. Timing and Data Feed services shall be provided by a Timing and Data Feed services provider still to be confirmed in accordance with a separate agreement between FIS and such Timing and Data Feed provider. All costs for such services (including, without limitation, the TV graphics, as described below) shall be payable by FIS and deducted from the consideration due to the LOC in accordance with Clause 8.8. The LOC shall provide, at its cost, the facilities for the services provider to carry out the time-keeping and data services (such as the timing cabin, power, connectivity, storage, transportation, accommodation, etc.) as described in the Timing and Data Feed Technical Specifications set out in Appendix 5. The LOC shall make sure that the advertising rights of the Timing and Data Feed services provider (in particular on-screen inserts/on-site banners and markings/logo/name on lists and publication) are duly respected and implemented. The official World Championships TV graphics will be used for the International Signal. FIS shall have exclusive access to the Timing and Data Feed for use on all platforms and all modes of exploitation, also independent from any broadcast.

  • System and Data Access Services a. System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Interconnection Customer Obligations The Interconnection Customer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.
