Title Insurance Endorsement. The Administrative Agent shall have received in respect of each Mortgaged Property endorsements (the "Title Endorsements") to all existing mortgagee's title insurance policies that were issued pursuant to the terms of the Original Credit Agreement (the "Mortgage Policies"), which Title Endorsements shall be issued by one or more title insurers satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and which shall be subject to no exceptions other than those approved by the Administrative Agent.

Title Insurance Endorsement. Within fifteen (15) days after Completion and full payment of all retainage withheld pursuant to Section 2.10(f) (excluding any amounts withheld due to notices of claims received by the Administrative Agent), the Borrower shall cause the Title Insurance to be endorsed to remove any exception for mechanics’ or materialmen’s Liens or pending disbursements, with no additional title change or exception objectionable to the Administrative Agent, and shall obtain such other endorsements as may be reasonably required by the Administrative Agent.
