TITLE, JOB DUTIES AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIP. Upon the effective date, the Employee shall be employed by Employer and shall have the title of Group Worldwide Chair and serve as an Executive Committee Member for the Employer. The Employee shall directly report to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company. The Employee shall be responsible for leading and managing the Employer's Consumer, IT and Supply Chain business units for the Employer. The Chief Executive Officer has the right to assign other duties and responsibilities to the Employee, which are commensurate with the Employee's title, knowledge, experience, skills and specified duties above.

  • Duties and Reporting Relationship During the Term, the Executive shall, on a full time basis, use his skills and render services to the best of his ability in supervising and conducting the operations of the Company.
