  • Debt to State If a payment law prohibits the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts from making a payment, the Grantee acknowledges the System Agency's payments under the Contract will be applied toward eliminating the debt or delinquency.   • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law.
