Tobacco Free Requirements. Any Purchaser that has a tobacco-free policy shall provide a copy of such policy to Vendor and Vendor shall comply with such tobacco-free policy. Any employee or contractor in violation of this policy shall not be allowed on the premises and shall no longer be part of the Vendor’s performance under this Agreement. With respect to the University of Kentucky, the University of Kentucky’s policy prohibits the use of tobacco in or around its facilities including UK HealthCare.
