TOBACCO FREE POLICY. Contractor, subcontractors and suppliers shall comply with the City of Lafayette’s Tobacco Free Workplace Policy while on the job-site.
TOBACCO FREE POLICY. 1. Smoking and use of smokeless tobacco shall be prohibited at all times in all buildings of the District and on District property including Board owned vehicles.
TOBACCO FREE POLICY. Contractor acknowledges that Emory is a tobacco-free campus to improve the health of its community members, as such the use or sale of tobacco products in or on Emory-owned or Emory-leased property is prohibited. This policy applies to faculty, staff, students, contractors, vendors and visitors. The use of tobacco products, including smokeless tobacco, clove cigarettes and e-cigarettes, is not permitted on any Emory-owned or leased property, which includes but is not limited to, buildings, Emory grounds, parking areas, walkways, recreational and sporting facilities and Emory-owned vehicles. This prohibition includes smoking in personal vehicles parked on Emory grounds.
TOBACCO FREE POLICY. Contractor, while performing the duties under this contract shall comply with the smoke free requirements on state property pursuant to 21 O.S. § 1247. For other tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, use of such products is prohibited pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders 2012-01 and 2013-43.
TOBACCO FREE POLICY. 27.§1 Western Michigan University is a tobacco-free campus. The use of tobacco products is only permitted in enclosed personal vehicles. The use of tobacco products is not permitted indoors and outdoors on any University property, including University vehicles.
TOBACCO FREE POLICY. The University of North Dakota is a tobacco-free campus. The use of tobacco is prohibited within University apartments and on University owned property surrounding UND housing units. This policy applies to all faculty, staff, students, contractors, vendors and visitors. Tobacco use includes the possession of any lighted tobacco product, e-cigarettes, or the use of any oral tobacco product. TOBACCO FREE POLICY. The successful bidder shall agree to enforce a tobacco-free work site in accordance with SOCCCD Board Policy 2150 as a Smoke Free District.
TOBACCO FREE POLICY. To the extent allowed by Oklahoma law, the Contractor providing services to the public on behalf of OSDH shall follow the OSDH tobacco-free policy in the performance of services for OSDH. See Attachment A.
TOBACCO FREE POLICY. Unless Provider is a residential facility provider, Provider shall develop and implement a tobacco-free policy covering any portion of the property on which Provider operates that is under its control as owner or lessee, to include buildings, grounds, and vehicles. A tobacco-free policy includes a prohibition on smoking combustible tobacco products and the use of non-combustible tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes. Provider shall not purchase, accept as donations, and/or distribute tobacco products (combustible and non- combustible products, including electronic cigarettes) to the Recipients Provider serves. Provider’s Tobacco-Free Policy shall include at a minimum the following requirements:
