TollSaver® II Service. TollSaver® II Service (non-operator assisted, direct-dial) is offered to Customers, including, but not limited to, residential and business Customers, for calling to international locations serviced by VT. Customers access VT Telecom® via Equal Access FGD circuits and/or other Switched Access Services. Customers can access TollSaver® II Service by dialing 1 + (Country Code) + (City Code [where required]) + (Destination Number) if they have selected VT as their pri xxxx interexchange carrier. When VT is not the presubscribed interexchange carrier, Customers can access TollSaver® II Service by dialing 101XXXX + 1 + (Country Code) + (City Code [where required]) + (Destination Number). In order to receive TollSaver® II Service rates, however, the Customer must be entered into the VT billing database prior to utilizing this service. Calls are routed over the Company's transmission and switching facilities to any valid international location serviced by VT. Rates and charges for VT's TollSaver® II Service from originating locations within the contiguous United States to international locations (excluding Canada and Mexico) served by VT are set forth in Section 6.3 following. Rates for calling to locations in Canada and Mexico are set forth in Sections 6.1.1 and 6.2.1 respectively. Calls are subject to a sixty (60) second call minimum, and (60) second billing increments. Calls are rated based on mileage, time of day and call duration.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by ECI, Verizon shall provide to ECI Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of ECI. 8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to ECI, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.
