Tool Insurance Deductible. The deductible portion payable by an employee for a claim under Tool Insurance will be no greater than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per occurrence. In order to qualify for payment of a claim, an up-to-date inventory list must be on file with the Company and will be subject to verification with the Company. Further, with respect to an employee being required to modify a tool in order to perform their normal duties, the Company will replace such tools at no cost to the employee, at which time the modified tool becomes the property of the Company.

  • TOOL INSURANCE 255. The City agrees to indemnify employees covered under this Agreement for the loss or destruction of the employee's tools and/or tool storage units subject to the following conditions:

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.

  • Deductible An annual deductible of fifty dollars ($50) per person and one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per family applies to State Dental Plan non-preventive services received from in-network providers. An annual deductible of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) per person applies to State Dental Plan services received from out of network providers. The deductible must be satisfied before coverage begins.

  • INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE COVERAGE The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance. If the Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, Agency may collect from the Contractor the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The Agency may deduct the amount owed by the Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the Contractor by the Agency under this contract, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, (L&I) Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the Contractor.

  • Vehicle Liability Insurance $___________________ minimum required insurance policy on all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles of the Subcontractor for combined single limit liability for each accident affecting incurring bodily injury and/or property damage.

  • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.
