TOPOGRAPHIC SITE SURVEY. DRMP will provide a topographic survey of the identified roadways of E. 2nd Ct., Spring Ave., N Church Ave., N Xxxx Ave., N East Ave., N Xxxxx Ave., and Kraft Ave., in order to provide base maps for engineering design of the subject corridor. The Topographic Survey will be prepared in accordance with the State of Florida Standards of Practice, Chapter 5J-17, Florida Administrative Code, as set forth by the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers, pursuant to Section 472.027, Florida Statutes. Tasks for the topographic survey will include the establishment of no fewer than two site benchmarks referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88) relative to surrounding published control, horizontal control, the location of fixed improvements such as revetments, barriers, fences, structures, above-ground evidence of utilities and drainage features (size, type, and condition), roadways and rails, pavement, edge of water, along with the strategic location of property corners, and spot elevations to supplement a digital terrain model, and apparent right-of-way lines based on existing monumentation. The resulting survey will indicate property lines, where applicable. DRMP will provide a comprehensive topographic base map in electronic drawing format (Civil3D) and paper copies, if needed.   • Topographic Survey 3.1 Notify affected property owners of pending survey.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.
