This survey will be performed in accordance with the Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in Texas for a Category 6, Condition II Urban Topographic Survey Plat. The project area is defined as: • Proposed Koeblen Rd Segment 3 – From FM 2218 east to the City of Xxxxxxxxx City limits. Portions of these limits are under construction and these limits will be surveyed as “as-built” conditions to use for proposed design. These limits include the northern side of the proposed Koeblen Road form FM 2218 to approximately 2,755-feet west of FM 2218. The topographic survey deliverable will be provided in a digital CAD file (plan view only) at a scale suitable to the engineer for design purposes and will be limited to the following: • Tie visible improvements from existing North Right-of-Way to proposed South Right-of-Way plus 20 feet South of said Right-of-Way within the project area above. Right-of-Entry to be secured by the Design Consultant within private property • 50-foot grid within existing ROW, 100-foot grid within the proposed ROW. • Show contours at 1-foot intervals. • Utility flowlines will be tied where physically accessible. • The Surveyor will coordinate with state One-Call resources to determine the existence and location of existing subsurface utilities within the project limits. The Surveyor will survey the utility markings and depict these findings in the Topographic Survey. Should the need for further investigation be needed, KCI Technologies has included an Additional Services fee for utility pot holing at conflict locations as determined by design consultant. • Overhead Sag elevation for crossing overhead electrical utilities. • Locate trees over 6” and the perimeter of existing heavily brushed areas. • Tie environmental and geotechnical marks/locations. Location exhibit to be provided by geotechnical and environmental consultant. • Tie location of structures within 100 feet of existing ROW.
