Common use of Total Seniority Clause in Contracts

Total Seniority. Total Seniority shall be defined as an employee's length of continuous uninterrupted full-time employment with the City. A probationary employee shall have no seniority until he or she satisfactorily completes a probationary period, at which time such employment will be counted as part of his/her total length of continuous employment.
