TOTALITY OF AGREEMENT. Both parties, for the lifetime of this Agreement, each agree that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject matter referred to or not referred to or governed by this Agreement, unless the University and the AAUP mutually agree to alter, amend, supplement, enlarge or modify any of its provisions.
