TOURING ALLOWANCE. 2.20.1 When travelling or away from Cardiff on Opera engagements, each Musician will be paid a weekly touring allowance in accordance with the National Agreement for Opera and Ballet Companies. This agreement provides for three rates depending on the touring venue. The rates will be adjusted at three monthly intervals (in July, October, January and April) to reflect the change in the RPI (See Appendix D). 2.20.2 When working away from Cardiff on concert engagements involving an overnight stay the Musician will be paid the appropriate nightly rate in accordance with the National Agreement for Opera and Ballet Companies for each night he/she is required to be away from Cardiff. (See Appendix D). 2.20.3 Additional payments related to expenses for out of town concerts are detailed in Appendix C.
TOURING ALLOWANCE. The Management shall pay the musician a touring allowance for all periods of work which take place outside a 15 mile radius of the musician’s normal centre of employment as follows: (a) The weekly Touring Allowance shall be the sum as agreed between UK Theatre and the Union under the Touring Opera/Ballet Orchestras' Agreement and such sum shall be subsequently reviewed by reference to the Retail Price Index as notified to the Management and the Union by UK Theatre Reviews shall take place every six months and the revised rate will apply for the following 26 weeks. (b) The Touring Allowance shall be increased by 25% for qualifying services performed in any of the following towns: Aberdeen, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Inverness, Bath, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Keynes, Oxford, and by 33% in London. (c) The appropriate weekly rate shall be payable for six or seven days on tour. A daily rate of one sixth of the weekly rate will be payable for engagements of less than six days.
TOURING ALLOWANCE. (a) When the Musician is required to tour in the United Kingdom, a touring allowance of an amount not less than that currently prevailing under the UK Theatre’s Opera and Dance Touring Allowances shall be paid in the week in which it applies. One-sixth of the weekly rate is payable for each day up to and including five days. The full weekly rate is payable for six or seven days on tour. (b) Where the final call of the week in which there are 5 or fewer days on tour is a matinee, the following pro-rata Touring Allowances shall be paid according to the scheduled arrival time by rail at a London terminus: (i) At 8.00pm or before – one third of the appropriate daily Touring Allowance (single performance rate) (ii) Between 8.01pm and 10.00pm – two thirds of the appropriate daily Touring Allowance (single performance rate) (iii) At 10.01pm or later – the full appropriate Touring Allowance (single performance rate) The touring allowance shall be payable for periods of work which take place outside of Zone 6.
TOURING ALLOWANCE a) For all engagements when it is necessary to be accommodated overnight (i.e. outside the M25 boundary) a Touring Allowance of £75.00 per day shall be paid. In addition one further subs payment per seat will be made for performances at the Perth Festival

  • Moving Allowance With the prior approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee concerning reimbursable costs, employees involuntarily transferred to a new job location fifty miles or more from the employee’s old residence than the old residence was from the old job location shall be reimbursed for receipted moving expenses, as provided in the IRS guidelines. For the purposes of this section, promotions and the exercise of any bumping option shall be considered as a voluntary transfer. Notwithstanding the above, at the discretion of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee, employees may be reimbursed for moving expenses. 9.6.1 If an employee, whose moving expenses (all or a part) have been paid, resigns within one calendar year of the move, the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee may require the employee to reimburse the Agency for a portion of the moving expenses, based on the length of time the employee worked after the move. 9.6.2 Employees who have been involuntarily transferred or have exercised bumping rights to another geographical location of the State shall be allowed up to twenty-four hours of time off with pay for the purpose of attending to their personal affairs in their present location and establishing their personal affairs in their new location. Such time off from work must be approved in advance by the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation, meals and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.
